Richard Milliken-Smith
Managing Director
Richard started his career in print which was then followed by working in the family paper merchanting business in Bristol. His paper experience was further enhanced working with the East Lancs Paper Group in London selling publishing papers followed by 3 years with Associated Paper Convertors selling all over the UK to paper merchants.
Richard then moved back into the print industry working with Print Brokers at the outset of the boom of the Continuous Stationery trade. His knowledge of paper and print came together to give him a sound understanding of this industry which has now evolved into the use of Laser Forms and mini web printing.
In 1991, Richard formed Print Run which traded out of offices in Thame. Within a few years he moved the operation to Upper Arncott into a village hall which was purchased and converted into the offices that Print Run still trade from today. He oversaw the investment into bespoke computer systems to handle both print and the newly formed area of the business dealing with Promotional Gifts. His combined knowledge of paper, print techniques and importing helped Print Run’s Promotional Gift arm to develop into the force to be reckoned with today!
