Prices

Prices are effective from publication and are exclusive of VAT. Prices shown are unit prices for the stated quantities. Prices may change at any time without prior notification. All prices are shown in Pound Sterling.

Colour Matching

Whilst every effort is made to ensure colour matching from client's specified colours we can offer no guarantee to colours due to the various substrates and materials used. Should colour be critical we always recommend a printed proof which may be at an extra cost. The colour charts shown in this catalogue are purely for guide purposes.

Quantities

Unless otherwise agreed orders for personalised products are subject to overs/unders of 5%.

Company Logos

The products shown in this catalogue are intended to illustrate the effect obtained by personalised printing and do not imply that the products have been supplied or endorsed by the owners of any trademarks featured.

Artwork and Proofs

Clients may wish to supply their own artwork which we will readily accept. Any changes made to client supplied artwork will be charged extra. Our preferred format is an EPS illustrator file in Mac/PC formats together with a colour visual as PDF. Print Run have their own studio and can originate artwork on behalf of clients, all work will be charged for at commercial rates.

Print Run will supply either pdf or faxed proofs if time allows. Where possible positional proofs will also be supplied. Once artwork is approved all origination charges will become payable and it should be noted that any changes after proof approval will incur further origination charges. Print Run are unable to accept any liability for errors and/or omissions once the proof has been approved.
